- Trip Charge (up to 30 minutes labor included)
- Additional Mileage over 20 miles from pick-up location (per mile)
- Labor required to repair concealed damage (non-structural)
- Custom Work
- Access Fee, Ferry, Toll, Access, Bridge Charges
- Permit Fee
- Additional Door Cut Down Charge - over 1/4" per door
