Why am I getting a survey? Who is this for?

In partnership with Lowe's, we run a continuous improvement process that is directly influenced by customer reviews. 

 

You may receive a survey from Lowe's asking you to rate your latest installation experience. There series of questions may look like:

1. How would you rate your installers professionalism?
2. How would you rate your installers craftsmanship?
3. How likely would you be to recommend Lowe's to your friends or family if the need arises?

 

While we strive for perfection on ALL 3 of these categories, but #3 is the most important to Lowe's and UHS Contracting. We want you to be so thrilled with this whole experience you shout it from the rooftops to your friends and family!
