- Existing trim will be reused when possible; installing new trim may require additional material or labor costs.
- Your installer will review warranty details and recommended product care.
- A full operational check will be performed to ensure the new door opens, closes, and latches correctly.
- The job site will be left in broom‑clean condition after installation.
II. What Your Installation Includes
- Standard caulking (brand‑specific or color‑matched caulking is available at an additional cost).
- Basic replacement wood for non‑structural, concealed damage (customer is responsible for labor costs).
- Shims, fasteners, and standard materials necessary for proper installation.

V. Important Information for Customers
- Your installation includes a 1-year workmanship warranty.

- If installation cannot proceed due to site conditions, the Installation Support Team will notify you.
- You must provide a clear workspace and unobstructed access to the installation area.
- Lowe’s installs only products purchased through Lowe’s.
- If your property is governed by an HOA or local regulations, you are responsible for ensuring your selections comply.
- Homes designated as historic or located within protected historic districts may not qualify for installation.
