The following are not offered by Lowe's. Under contract with Lowe's, UHS Contracting is not permitted to offer these services to customers.
- Structural modifications
- Special Notation: Lowe's doesnot replace patio doors inMobile Homes
- Special Notation: Customer is responsible to advise if property is governed by Historic District Regulations or HOA
- Special Notation: Installation of new Window Treatments offered at additional fee
- Removal or re-installation of security system equipment
- Painting or staining
- Lowe’s does not remove/cut back glue down vinyl in homes built prior to 1986, regardless to when the vinyl was installed (may contain asbestos)
